A: We try to carry out all website migrations as quickly as possible. However, we do not have a set time frame for website migrations. There are various facets that you have to take into consideration – the sheer size of your website and the workload of our website migration staff, etc. We always try to implement each migration within 48 hours. With less sizeable sites, our team usually manages to finish in less than 24 hours.

A: We do not gather any sensitive info. We will need, however, the login info for your current web hosting account along with the name of the web site that you want to move.

A: In order for us to begin the transfer of your account, you must first open an account with us. Opening an account with us will require that you to disclose basically the same details you have provided to your old web hosting provider. We also have a very strict Privacy Policy, which describes how delicate info is tackled.

A: Your website will continue to work exactly like it did before with your previous hosting provider. As soon as we are done with the transfer, your website will be configured to work on our platform and we will ask you to preview it. If it is functioning properly, all you will need to do is modify the name server records associated with your domain name. Your site will be migrated over to us without any downtime whatsoever.

A: No. We’ll never get in touch with your hosting provider about anything. They won’t be aware of the website migration either.

A: We support all Linux–driven hosting platforms. Fundamentally, if we can get access to your Control Panel, we’ll be able to migrate your website.The only platforms that we do not support are closed–source web site creation platforms such as Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square, Mr Site, etc.
