If you decide to host your domain names with us and you choose any of our cloud plans, you will be able to enable anti-spam protection for any email account that you set up. With several mouse clicks in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel, you can configure 5 separate levels of protection. In case you continue to get spam emails or the filters start preventing genuine emails from reaching your inbox, you can switch to another level just as easily. The quality of our anti-spam solution is ensured by one of the most widely used filters – SpamAssassin. In case you don’t want to risk omitting a genuine message that may be regarded as spam owing to its content, you can also configure custom filters based on the sender, the body or the subject of the email message and redirect the emails to another mailbox where you can review them at a later time.
Spam Filters in Semi-dedicated Servers
If you decide to use the mail service that comes with our semi-dedicated hosting plans, you can keep all unsolicited emails out of your inbox by enabling the five-level anti-spam protection that we provide with every semi-dedicated hosting package. This can be done via the full-featured Email Manager section of the hosting Control Panel and we use the powerful SpamAssassin email filter to make sure that we offer the best possible protection for our customers. You can have a different protection level for each email account and you can select if the filtered email messages should be erased or delivered to a separate email address where you can examine them at a later time in order to make sure that you will not lose legitimate emails. Changing the level or deactivating the protection is also easy and takes a couple of mouse clicks.
