Managed Services Package
Find out what lies in the Managed Services Package we offer for our Virtual Private Servers and Dedicated Servers.
The two most typical reasons to get a server of your own are if a shared hosting account is unable to handle the load of the sites hosted in it or if the sites need certain software to be running on the server, but it cannot be installed on a shared machine. In these situations you can get your own server, but this entails that you will be in control of its maintenance, which is not the situation with a shared website hosting server where the service provider performs everything. In this light, we've created a Managed Services upgrade, which could be added to any of our server plans if you don't have the time or the skills to manage your machine. Our system administrators will install and troubleshoot software, update your Operating System plus more as to supply you with the chance to concentrate on building your websites rather than addressing different maintenance tasks.
Managed Services Package in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all dedicated web hosting plans which we offer and if you wish to benefit from all services it offers, you could add it with a mouse click on the server order page or any time you need it from your billing CP. You may also choose if you will use this upgrade continuously given that it could be renewed individually from the dedicated server plan. If you have very important data on the machine, we will back it up regularly as 50 Gigabytes of disk space on a separate server shall be at your disposal. Our admins will also keep an eye on the server constantly, install the most recent updates for its Operating System and restart it anytime this is needed. Since the Managed Services package offers installation and troubleshooting too, they'll also help you with any third-party software and install it for you. This will allow you to use our machine even if you aren't really tech-savvy and you haven't used a hosting server of your own before.
